To future clients of Tom Reed, we found his web-site via internet when we were searching to purchase our first property in Parker. He was the only Realtor that answered all our questions immediately, and we then made arrangements to meet with Tom, so that he could show us some properties. He met us at our hotel, which was quite a distance away from his offices, picked us up, as we didn`t have our own vehicle and drove us to these properties. Both I and my husband took too him immediately! He is very professional, very down too earth, and most importantly- extremely honest! (He went beyond the call of duty to assist us.) He helped us through the entire process, which at the time was very stressful, as purchasing a property outside Canada is a different process. Even though I am sure we tried his patience, he remained patient with us and forever helpful! We have purchased two properties from Tom and will remain in contact with him, as we consider him to be a friend.

He was patient as we traveled from Texas to look at homes over several months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes.

The best part about working with Tom was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal.
