The Frihauf Farm consists of a 312 +/- acre level farm with approximately 200 acres irrigated by two newer Zimmatic Pivots with ample water rights from the Kiowa-Bijou basin. The farm includes 30 acres dryland cropland and the balance in grass and excellent hunting habitat along Bijou Creek. There is a small acreage in the NE corner with older improvements. There is a quanset and older bin site in the SW corner.
